“I’ve just concluded Caitlin’s Sleep & Stress Management class and have had the best consistent sleep in my adult life…As a mom of two with a high stress job, sleep doesn’t always come easily. Prior to taking the course I would average about 3 hours of sleep per night and became reliant on sleeping aids for more than that. Caitlin’s soothing voice and mindful instructions were a much needed respite for my overly tired self. I appreciated her detailed and technical instructions as they helped me visualize the particular body system we were working on. The physical yoga flows were also especially helpful in calming my mind and preparing my body for rest.
